Alex was great to work with. He did not make us feel pressured prior to signing our contract with him. His genuine personality and openness about things we should/shouldn’t do with the property prior to listing it was very valuable to us which convinced us that listing it with him was the best thing to do. He was very attentive, responsive to our messages and questions and helped whenever there was an issue with the buyer’s side.
